In addition to the AMG performance models and the entire range of the commercial and privately oriented Mercedes-Benz Vans product range, the all-electric EQ models can also be found in our offering.

In this context, we are looking for you as a part-time IT Office Support employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible. The assignment will take place in our office in the center of Berlin. We offer you challenging and diverse tasks, the chance to contribute and implement your ideas and to develop yourself personally. We live flat hierarchies, value feedback and give our teams a lot of responsibility.

Your tasks in detail:

  • First point of contact (m/f/d) for employees on the topic of office IT
  • IT onboarding and offboarding
  • Support with IT problems
  • Account lifecycle management
  • Supporting our specialist departments on the topics of account and authorization management, procurement, administration and the return of hardware and software
  • Regular review of our hardware inventory
  • Communication with IT service providers and submission of requirements or changes
  • Optimization of processes in cooperation with office management
  • Cooperation with IT service management
  • Supporting the implementation of IT training and the creation of training materials
Qualifications
  • First professional experience in the IT field, ideally in IT back office or IT support
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Pleasure in documenting
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Patience and sense of humor
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach to work
